今回のアニメ飯はDr.Stone(ドクターストーン)第３期の第１話で龍水くんが食べていたマンガ肉っぽいものの再現です😋

作中ではヤギだったような気がしますが見た目が牛テールだったのでそちらでやってみました

マンガ肉といえばモンハンのように火で炙りつつ回転させて焼くものですが
牛テールに挟まっているスジの部分は３時間ほど加熱しないと柔らかくならない物質なので
丸焼きは諦めてジャマイカンオックステールという料理にしました

ただやはりどうしても焼きたかったのでそのあとに鶏皮をかぶせてオーブンで焼きました

レシピ
３パーセントの塩水合計２リットル
牛テール７００ｇ
レモン４分の１
砂糖大さじ１
タンドリーチキンの素２袋（１袋に２袋入ってる）
ピーマン２つ
赤かオレンジパプリカ１つ
玉ねぎ２分の１
ショウガ大さじ２
ニンニク大さじ１
チキンコンソメ１片
水適量
ケチャップとウスターソース大さじ４ずつ
ゴボウ半分くらい

手順
１．塩水１リットルに牛テールを１２時間浸けて血抜きを行うを２回繰り返す
２．外側に付着しているスジや脂肪を切り取る
３．レモンをこすりつけながら洗う
４．砂糖とタンドリーチキンの素、みじん切りにした野菜たちで肉をマリネし１時間冷蔵庫で寝かせる
５．可能な限り野菜を落とした肉に焼き目を付け、野菜を炒める
６．水にコンソメを溶かして合流させ、ケチャップとソースを加えて３時間煮る
７．肉を取り出し穴をあけた鶏皮を巻き付けて爪楊枝で止める
８．１６０度のオーブンで２０分焼く（色が薄い場合、鶏皮から十分に脂が抜けていない場合は適宜温度や時間を調整する）
９．ゴボウに金串を刺し、それを肉に刺して持ち手とする（雰囲気）

Recipe
2 liters total of 3 percent salt water
700 g beef tail
Quarter of a lemon
1 tablespoon sugar
2 bags of tandoori chicken stock (2 bags in each bag)
2 green peppers
One red or orange bell pepper
One half of an onion
2 tablespoons ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
1 piece of chicken consommé
an adequate amount of water
4 tablespoons each of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce
Half a burdock root

Procedure
1. Soak the beef tail in 1 liter of salted water for 12 hours to drain the blood, and repeat twice.
2. Trim off any excess fat and threads from the outside of the tail.
3. Wash the beef tail by rubbing lemon juice on it.
4. Marinate the meat with sugar, tandoori chicken stock and chopped vegetables and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Brown the meat, removing as much of the vegetables as possible, and fry the vegetables.
6. Dissolve consommé in water, mix, add ketchup and sauce and simmer for 3 hours.
7. Take out the meat and wrap the chicken skin with holes and fasten with toothpicks.
8. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes. (If the color is too light or the chicken skin is not fully drained of fat, adjust the temperature and time accordingly.)
9. Stick a metal skewer through the burdock and use it as a handle for the meat (atmosphere).
