This has been a long time coming, but I finally have no excuse to put it off any longer. I had quite high expectations coming into this one, and yet the first episode absolutely delivered just by it’s aesthetics and artistic shots…and this is without even knowing of the story or drama yet! You add in some quality music, and it’s not hard to see why this is so highly regarded

Other than the tears and amazing classical music, what really spoke out to me was the accurate violin and piano playing. I loved the show so much
While I didn’t vote for this show, I’m glad that it won! I still can’t bring myself to watch the last two episodes so watching along might motivate me to finally finish the show.
The thing that stood out to me in the first episode is that it does a really great job of showing us the relationship dynamics between the four main characters.
P.S. If you’re doing another poll in the future, I recommend Senki Zesshou Symphogear! I just finished binge-watch the series and I think you’ll enjoy it!

What have we done to this man
Another show I’d been meaning to rewatch, cool with this show and is why I voted for it as one of my five. Though to be on honest, Kill la Kill which is in 4th, is an anime I’ve never really understood. I don’t hate it, I just simply find it to be not as good as everyone says. Anyway, I look forward to this series and can’t wait for you to watch the 8 series before Gosick, though I’d imagine there will probably be a repolling before that point.
This will be a nice rewatch.
