13:40 Actually the reason why Hinata flinches is because Tsukki keeps soft blocking the twins’ freak quick. Hinata’s feeling threatened by Tsukki. It’s depicted a lot more in the manga that when the opponent uses something Hinata has worked hard for, and Tsukki manages to kill or soft block it, Hinata gets scared

Since they’re both on the regular roster, Tsukki & Hinata always play on the same side even during practice. The only time Tsukki really played against Hinata was during the ball boy arc, but w/o Kageyama, Tsukki wasn’t able to practice against Hinata’s freak quick even then.

So all this time, Tsukki has observed Hinata’s freak quick, but hasn’t really defended against it in practice. The fact that he blocks the twins’ freak quick so frequently speaks to his skill in putting theory/observation to practical application. Which scares Hinata, since he has an in-team rivalry with Tsukki
