The wormhole appears to be only one way. They would need another wormhole to get back, which they don’t have. The one Charce has is preset for that spot above Earth. It will always go there and they can’t use it to return to Astra or even this planet.
While most of the clones in this group were created for the immorality project, Aries and Funi were created as spare organs for their originals. They even talked about other people cloning themselves for replacement organs, which is what the genome act was likely meant to flush out. I don’t think they have the technology to grow just the organ they need, in which case they likely wouldn’t have the means to regrow a missing arm.
