Baby’s hatred towards the saiyans is valid.

What he did though is not justified.
The remaining saiyans, even Vegeta himself, are not even involved with the oppression of the saiyans towards the Tsuful.

Sure, King Vegeta orchestrated it but Vegeta has nothing to do with it.

Furthermore, the Earth and the humans has NOTHING to do with it.

Baby turned into the exact same tyrant that he hated.

This goes to show much hatred could blind you.

Baby Vegetas entrance was when GT finally starting getting good. However the most underrated villian for me has to be Nuova and Eis Shenron. I liked that contrast of one being an honorable fighter while the other uses underhanded tactics. Also in that fight we got to see dragon fist one of the most iconic moves in the series.

It’s true that out of all the villains, (both canon and movie,) Baby and Zamasu are the only ones who were not driven by lust. Although Zamasu began his hatred of Goku, because he was beaten by him (a mortal no less) in combat, he was actually driven to erase all mortals, way before ever meeting Goku. Goku was just the catalyst. Baby wanted revenge for the Saiyans massacring his entire species. The fact that any Tuffles survived was only because they were Machine Mutants. Dr. Myuu was the only pure survivor, until he took in Baby and then was taken over by him through mind control. Frieza feared the Saiyans as his destroyer, that’s why he destroyed Sadala and then Planet Vegeta. Cell only cared about his own strength and wanted to flex all over the universe, Majin Buu was just a mindless dummy who went on a killing spree (only when he was Kid Buu, though,) Turles only wanted to become immortal and would destroy Earth just to do so. Even though Garlic Jr. was out for revenge, he was only driven to kill Kami for his own vendetta, only to stuff it up and get sucked into his own black hole he created to trap Kami. Lord Slug only cared about his own pride and dominance of the Namekians. Cooler only cared about killing Goku, because he was lead to believe he killed his younger brother and wounding his family pride. Dr. Wheelo only cared about becoming the strongest being and tried to hijack Goku’s body. Bojack only cared about his own strength and ego, so much, he even used his own subordinates as cannon fodder, (poor Zanga,) Broly (Z) was just nuts because Goku kept crying all the time, keeping him awake for hours on end. Android 13 was just programmed to kill Goku and his friends. All the Dark Dragons were created by negative energy build up and the only one who wasn’t completely evil was Nuova Shenron. Omega Shenron was the most powerful and dangerous, but he was just a mirrored representation of the good the Dragon Balls had provided. Cell Max was just insane and a rushed job at creating a Cell clone. Bio-Broly was the same problem, only way earlier. Broly (Super) was only mad because he believed that while he fought Goku and Vegeta, one of their attacks killed his father, Paragus, (but it was Frieza just flexing his power and acting ability). The Gammas just thought they were doing the right thing, until they realised what the new RRA for which they worked were really up to. Janemba was just a criminal with a really weird power, but no actual purpose (or at least that I could see).
